Fondée en 1989 par Hans Peter Manhart comme filiale de la Walco pour la Suisse orientale, elle a été achetée en 1998 par Monsieur Kehl.

La gamme de produits a évolué de telle sorte qu’aujourd’hui l’entreprise offre produits et articles répondant à tous le besoins de façon professionnelle.
